The Crowsnest Pass Symphony has been featured on TV specials twice.  In 1983, CTV aired an hour-long special called "The Hills Are Alive," which featured in-depth interviews with conductor Roy Upton and prominent orchestra members as well as a high-quality recording of the symphony concert that spring.

In 1996, the orchestra was featured on an episode of CBC's "On the Road Again" for their upcoming Christmas concert.  This short segment also featured special footage of rehearsals and interviews with symphony members.
